Off the frame today was This and That,
giving you a teaser picture of the quilting in one eight inch square. More pictures will come once the binding is on!
Remember the Christmas scrap quilt from a few weeks ago?
Well, it's finished, but I'm saving the grand reveal for sometime in November, when it's closer to Christmas. Just couldn't get it done in time for Christmas in July!
And earlier this week, I quilted a nine patch seashell quilt for a friend,
And there are also two upcoming quilt-along/blog hops I'm participating in. The first is the Shadow Block Mini Quilt-along,
over at Color, Creating, and Quilting. I've got my fabric pulled,
and ready to start cutting and sewing. Grand reveals of all the quilts are Sept 5. Can't wait!
And new to me this year, is the chance to participate in the Road Home Row Along quilt-along/blog hop sponsored by Seams to be Sew, starting September 6.
Here's a sneak peek at my row,
though you'll have to wait until my day, September 29 to see the whole row, and to get the pattern. Yes, it's a long time to wait, but there will be plenty of rows to see along the way, and rest assured, I'll be posting about them as they come up. For a preview of who's participating, check out the list on Seams to be Sew.
I think that's all I've got on my to-do list at the moment. I'll let you know if there's something else!
Have a great weekend quilting!
